Software Releases

January 2008: DecisionNetS Suite
available for demonstration. We are pleased to announce the conclusion of an SAIC-funded
research and development effort to transition our traditional desktop applications to webapps
accessible through your browser. Our re-issued demonstration release of version 1.0 includes two role-based
webapps: DesignS for modelers and DirectS (formerly DecideS) for decision makers. A future release will include
a third webapp, AdviseS, for subject matter experts.

February 2007: SIAM 6.1
released. This version of our Influence Net modeling application for U.S. Federal subscribers
includes bug fixes to prior versions of the INET application, some of which resulted from an
upgrade to the underlying Java Development Kit (JDK) 5.0.

February 2007: IOTW 1.0
released. This version of our Influence Net modeling application for U.S. Federal subscribers
introduces a browser-based method for client-server management of the INET models, called
INET on the Web (IOTW). The server-side software and the client are both accessible through
Microsoft's Internet Explorer 6.0 browser.

February 2007: Chapter 1.0
released. This version of our Influence Net modeling application for U.S. Federal subscribers
introduces a browser-based method for distributed collaboration by way of questionnaires. The
INET modeler and domain specialist participants can acess the questionnaire through Microsoft's
Internet Explorer 6.0 browser.

February 2006: SIAM 6.0
released. This version of our Influence Net modeling application for U.S. Federal subscribers
incorporates new features: an enhancement to excursion capability called Excursion Tailoring;
the Hypothesis Analysis plug-in where an INET modeler can identify a panel of experts for remote
collaboration; a new analysis capability called Excursion Filtering; and an updated online Help

July 2005: SIAM 5.3.1
released. This version of our Influence Net modeling application for U.S.
Federal subscribers incorporates three enhancements: selection of alternate security
configuration (security.cfg) files; excursion differences threshold percentage; and
a new Consensus Plug-in.

Federal subscribers includes the following enhancements: an increase to the maximum
number of ancestral nodes selected for sensitivity analysis; clarification to the status

menu options for the Find tool.
