Causeway Demonstration Version Download
Technical Notes
This demonstration version of Causeway includes a copy
of an early release of our commercial application, but with saving and exporting disabled.
To enable these features, users require installation of HASP software, which is available
for download at
http://www.aladdin.com/support/hasp/enduser.asp. This version is intended for
evaluation purposes only.
System Requirements
Individual hardware configurations may vary depending upon the needs of each
user and his or her peripheral software. As with any graphics-intensive software
application, computers with fast processors, significant memory, and high resolution
monitors are highly desirable.
Recommended minimum system requirements for the current release of
Causeway include: Pentium® III 450MHz processor;
Microsoft Windows® 2000 Professional with Service Pack 3 or later; and
256 MB memory.
The demonstration version of Causeway will successfully
operate on lesser platforms, but is designed to run under Windows NT with the
HASP software.
Instructions for Installing Causeway Demonstration Software

You must have administrator privileges to install Causeway
. If you are unsure about your privileges and access rights,
please contact your system administrator before attempting to install
Causeway.

Close all other programs before installing Causeway Version 2.1.
Failure to do this may result in an improper installation.
- Click on the Causeway logo below to begin the installation process.
Depending on your browser's settings, you will be given the choice
of either running the self-extracting executable from its current location or saving the
program to disk. Running the program from its current location will automatically
download, extract, and install the Causeway software application. Saving the
program to disk will allow you to run the self-extracting executable at a later time from
the location you specify.

The next series of windows and dialogs will guide you through the install process,
step-by-step. By default, the setup program will install Causeway
in the folder C:\Program Files \SAIC\Causeway. You will be given the
opportunity to install to a different directory.

When completed, the install program will automatically create program folders
and icons for the Causeway software application. You then will be able
to run the installed program by double-clicking on the program shortcut
created on your desktop.
